Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping destination
Viralero currently ships to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other countries.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery
Our current target is 4–11 business days in transit after dispatch. Together with processing, the usual estimated total delivery time is 5–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and peak periods can cause delays.

Fulfillment origin and split shipments
Products may be shipped directly by our fulfillment partners, usually from China. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split.

Import duties and taxes
For United States orders, we use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) route only after that route has been confirmed for the product. This means customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties at delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs or duty payment, please do not pay it before contacting support@viralero.com with your order number and the carrier notice. Sales tax, where legally required, is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking can take 2–5 business days after dispatch to show its first carrier scan. You can use the tracking link in your shipping email or our Track Order page.

Address changes and cancellations
Contact support@viralero.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has entered fulfillment. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.

Delays and non-delivery
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate. Where required, you may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days or the order has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate.

Incorrect or damaged items
Email support@viralero.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.
