Shipping to the United States

Viralero currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Current products are generally dispatched directly by fulfillment partners in China.

Processing time

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for supplier verification, address checks, and handoff to the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or applicable public holidays.

Estimated transit time

Current carrier quotes for our active products generally estimate 4–11 business days after dispatch. A reasonable total estimate is 5–14 business days from order placement. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, and peak periods can extend delivery.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is emailed when available and can take several days to show its first scan. Items may be sent in separate packages when they come from different fulfillment locations.

Unexpected delays

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will send a revised estimate and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Duties and import handling

Our intended US method is duties-paid delivery. We verify route availability before fulfillment. If a confirmed duties-paid route is not available, we will contact you before dispatch and will not knowingly send the parcel under materially different import terms without your agreement.

Address accuracy

Please check the name, street address, apartment or unit number, state, and ZIP code before placing an order. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment processing starts.
