What does Viralero sell?
We curate useful, visually demonstrable products for everyday problems. The assortment is intentionally focused and may change as products are tested and reviewed.
Where do you ship?
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States.
Where are orders shipped from?
Current products are generally dispatched directly by fulfillment partners in China. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Current carrier estimates for our active products are generally 4–11 business days after dispatch. A reasonable total estimate is therefore 5–14 business days, but remote destinations, carrier disruption, customs processing, and peak periods can take longer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a few days to show its first carrier scan.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been forwarded to the fulfillment partner. Once processing has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Will I be charged import duties?
Our intended US fulfillment method is duties-paid delivery. We verify the available route before fulfillment. If we cannot use a confirmed duties-paid route for your order, we will contact you before dispatch rather than knowingly send an order with undisclosed import charges.
What if shipment is delayed?
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
What is the return window?
Contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Do not send a parcel without return instructions. Conditions and exceptions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email support@viralero.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Which payment methods and currency do you use?
The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. US-market prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
