Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday and usually responds within 24 hours.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within USA.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our logistics partners.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes – but only within 6 hours after placing your order, since we process quickly.
After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.
Of course, you can always return your order within 14 days of receiving your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- PayPal
- Klarna
All prices on our website already include VAT.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long will delivery take?
Due to high demand, orders may take around 14 working days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or extra fees?
No – our prices already include VAT and all relevant import duties.
There are no hidden costs.
How do I return an item?
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if the item I receive is defective or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product.
We will provide a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
