1. About Viralero

2. Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to use of viralero.com and purchases from Viralero. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and provide accurate order and contact information. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-disrupting purposes.

3. Products and availability

We sell physical consumer products. Product images and colors may vary slightly by device or production batch. Dimensions and specifications are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept the order.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself mean acceptance. We accept the order when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements; any amount already charged for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices and the applicable currency are shown before checkout. Shipping charges and taxes, if any, are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently focus on delivery to the United States. Products may ship directly from fulfillment partners in China and separate items may arrive in separate packages. Estimated processing and transit times, tracking, customs handling, delay procedures, and address-change rules are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect products, lost packages, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, and bundles may have additional stated conditions, availability periods, and limits. They have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn prospectively where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

Store content, branding, graphics, text, and site design are owned by Viralero or used under license. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes only. Copying, scraping, republishing, or commercially exploiting store content without permission is prohibited, except where applicable law permits it.

10. Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, delivery and fulfillment partners, and optional links or apps. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.

11. Product use

Use products only as described, inspect them before use, and follow any included warnings and instructions. Stop using a product if it is damaged or appears unsafe. Product descriptions do not constitute medical, professional, or performance guarantees.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viralero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We do not exclude or limit liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product liability and consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. By using the store, you acknowledge that order and delivery data must be shared with relevant payment, commerce, fraud-prevention, fulfillment, and shipping providers to perform the contract.

14. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively for legal, operational, or service changes. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.

15. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

16. Severability and contact
